A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT OF SOCIALIST ETHIOPIA AND THE AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT FUND
WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Provisional Fund shall provide loan to the Provisional Military Government of Socialist Ethiopia of an amount in various convertible cur rencies not exceeding the equivalent of one million five hund red and forty thousand Units of Account (UA 1,540,000) for in Addis Ababa on the 5th of November 1984;
