A Decree to Amend the Monetary and Banking Proclamation, 1963
In accordance with Article 92 of Our Revised Constitu tion, and upon the advice of Our Council of Ministers We hereby decree as follows:

This Decree may be cited as the " Monetary and Banking (Amendment) Decree, 1966 ".
The Monetary and Banking Proclamation, 1963 (Procla mation No. 206 of 1963) is hereby amended by the ad dition after paragraph (2) in Article 9 thereof of the following new paragraph (3) ;
(3) In addition to the coins authorized under para graph (1) of this Article 9, the Bank may issue special commemorative coins which shall not be subject to the limitation on value as legal tender set forth in Article 10 hereof. The numbers of any such coins to be minted, the maximum amounts in which they shall be acceptable as legal tender and the denominations, weight, fineness, inscription, dimension, design and other characteristics thereof shall be prescribed in regulations issued by the Bank and published in the Negarit Gazeta. "
