A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE FINANCING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE AND THE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION

CONTENTS
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples ' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Financing Agreement at its session held on the 11th day of July 2012 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with sub article (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the “ International Development Association Financing Agreement for Financing Women Entrepreneurship Development Project Ratification Proclamation No. 764/2012 ".
