Short Title
This Regulation may be cited as the " Investment Incentives and Investment Areas Reserved for Domestic Investors Council of (Amendment) Regulation No.146 / 2008 ”.

The Council of Ministers Regulation No. 84/2003 is hereby amended as follows:
1 / Sub - articles (1), (3) and (5) of Article 4 of the Regulation are repealed and amended by the following new sub - articles (1), (3) and (5):
