WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the
Nekemete - Bedele Road Project was signed in Istanbul on the 3rd day of October 2009 ;

A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL
OPEC FUND FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub
Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples ' Representat ives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the Financing Agreement at its session held on the 15th day of April, 2010 ;
This Proclamation may be cited as the " OPEC Fund for International Development Loan Agreement for Financing the Nekemete - Bedele Road Project Ratification Proclamation No.671 / 2010. "
