1. Short Title
Revenues and Customs Authority Council of Ministers Regulation No. 155/2008 ". 2. Definitions
In this Regulation unless the context otherwise requires:
1 / " Authority " means the Ethiopian Revenues and Customs Authority ;
2 / “ Employee ” means an employee of the Authority employed permanently, and may not include the Director General, Deputy Director Generals and prosecutors of the Authority ;
