2. Establishment
CONTENTS
These Regulations are issued by the Council of Ministers Pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers Proclama tion No. 2/1991 and Article 47 (1) (a) of the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Agricultural Equip ment and Technical Services Enterprsie Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 153/1993 ".

There is hereby established the Agricultural Equip ment and Technical Services Entrprise (hereinafter the " Enterprise ") as a Public Enterprise.
The Enterprise shall be governed by the Public Enter prises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
3. Supervising Authority
A body to be designated by the Government shall be the supervising authority of the Enterprise.
