A PROCLAMATION TO APPROVE A DEVELOPMENT CREDIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE

AND THE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, a Development Credit Agreement between
Provisional Military Government of Ethiopia of a credit of an amount in various currencies equivalent to Sixteen Million
D.C. on the 4th day of June, 1975; and
WHEREAS, the said Development Credit Agreement has been submitted to the Council of Ministers for approval and has obtained its approval; and
WHEREAS, the Provisional Military Administration Coun cil on the 21st day of June, 1975 has ratified the said Development Credit Agreement ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Articles 4 and
6 of the Definition of Powers of the Provisional Military Administration Council and its Chairman Proclamation No. 2 / 1974, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
