PROCLAMATION No. 27 OF 1975
PROVISIONAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT ESTABLISHMENT AND DEFINITION OF
POWERS OF THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY ADMINISTRATION COUNCIL AND ITS CHAIRMAN PROCLAMATIONS AMENDMENT PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, Merid Azmatch Asfa Wossen who was made Establishment Proclamation is suffering from a long - standing ill ness which disables him from shouldering the high responsibilities of leadership of the Nation; and
WHEREAS, it is up to the people of Ethiopia to determine the type of Government that will, in the future, be necessary for the Country ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 6 of the Definition of Powers of the Provisional Military Administration Council and its Chairman Proclamation No. 2 of 1974, it is here by proclaimed as follows:
