A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND AHT GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ALGERIA ON THERECIPROCAL RPOMOTION AND PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS WHEREAS , the Agreement of the Reciprocal Promotion and Protection of Investments between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Addis Ababa , on May 27,2002 ; WHEREAS , it is stipulated in the Agreement that it WHEREAS , House People's held on 30th day of March , 2004 ; Unit Price The African Law Archive Page 2612 NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub Articles ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ The Agreement Promotion Reciprocal Protection of Investment with the Peoples Democratic Republic of Algeria Ratification Proclamation No. 397/2004 . ” 2. Ratification of the Treaty The Agreement on the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investment signed in Addis Ababa on May 27 , 2002 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria is Ratified . 3. Responsibility of the Ethiopian Investment commission The Ethiopian Investment commission is hereby empowered to implement this Agreement . 4.
