A DECREE TO RATIFY THE AIR TRANSPORT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF GUINEA

WHEREAS the Council of State of the People's Democra tic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 5th day of October, 1988 ;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 82 (3) of the Constitution, it is hereby deereed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Decree may be cited as the " Republic of Guinea Air Transport Agreement Ratification Council of State Decree No 11/1988.
