Short Title These Regulation may be cited as the " Alemaya University of Agriculture Establishment regulation ( Amendment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 2. Amendment Alemaya Universtiy of Agriculture Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 198/1994 is hereby amended as follows : Article 1 : Alemaya Universtiy of Agriculture is renamed as “ HAREMAYA ” Universtiy . 3. Transfer of Rights and Duties Rights and duties of Alemaya University of Agriculture in regulation No. 198/1994 are hereby transferred to “ HAREMAYA ' Universtiy . 4.
