Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Investments Promotion and Reciprocal Protection Agreement with the Government of the Swiss Confederation Ratification Proclamation No . 127 / 1998 . " The Agreement on the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investments signed in Addis Ababa on the 16 day of October , 1997 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Swiss Confederation is ratified . | 3 .
