A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article

Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Interna tional Development Association Financing Agreement to provide Additional Financing for Energy Access Project Ratification Proclamation No. 695/2010 ".
