COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS TO AMEND ESTABLISHMENT REGULATIONS

1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Establishment (Amendment) Council of Ministers Regulations No. 134/2007 ”
2. Amendment
lishment Council of Ministers regulations No. 202/1994 is deleted and replaced by the following new Article 6:
Capital
The authorized capital of the Bank is Birr 4 Billion (Four billion Birr) which is fully paid up in cash and in kind. "
Effective Date
These Regulations shall come into force as of the date
