Amendment
Article 6 of the Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No 18/1997 ” (as amended) is deleted and replaced by the following new Article 6.
" 6. Capital
The authorized capital of the corporation is Birr 26,111,135,834.08 (Twenty six billion one hundred eleven million one hundred thirty five thousand eight hundred thirty four Birr and eight cents) of which Birr 18,492,862,994 (Eighteen billion four hundred ninety two million eight hundred sixty two thousand nine hundred ninety four Birr) is paid up in cash and kind
