COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF CATERING AND TOURISM TRAINING CENTER
CONTENTS
Regulation No. 174/2009
This Regulation may be cited as the " Catering and Tourism Training Center Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 174/2009 ".
In this Regulation unless the context requires otherwise:
1 / " Ministry " means the Ministry of Culture and Tourism ;
2 / " model hotel " means a hotel used by the center for demonstration in the course of training ;
3 / " tourist service rendering organization " means an organization that:
a) provides accommodation, catering, recreation, and similar services; or
b) renders tour guidance, travel agency, and similar services:
4 / " person " means any natural or juridical person; 5 / any expression in the masculine gender includes the feminine.
