WHEREAS, the administrative and socialist managerial
economic plans of the country ;
WHEREAS, it is necessary to take appropriate steps

WHEREAS, to this end, it is essential to establish an institute vested with the necessary powers and responsibilities; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) of
Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:

1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Management Insti tute Establishment Proclamation No. 278/1985. ”
