A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT ON CULTURAL SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL COOPERATION WITH THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN WHEREAS , the Agreement on Cultural , Scientitic and POVAT Educational Cooperation between the Federal Democratic signed in Addis Ababa the 21s ' day of October , 2003 ; WHEREAS , the House of People's Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has day of October , 2005 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article is hereby proclaimed as follows ; 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited “ Agreement Cultural , Scientific Educational Cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran Ratification Proclamation No.477 / 2005 . ” 2. Ratification of the Agreement Unit Price The Agreement on Cultural , Scientific and Educational Cooperation signed in Addis Ababa on the 21st day of October , 2003 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Islamic Republic of Iran is hereby ratified ; The African Law Archive * * 3. Power of Implementation The Ministry of Youth , Sports and Culture , the Ministry of Education and the Science and Technology Commission hereby empowered to undertake all acts necessary for the implementation of the Agreement in their respective jurisdictions . Effective Date The Proclamation shall enter into force on the 17 day of November , 2005 .
