A PROCLAMATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE RATIFICATION OF THE AFRICAN UNION CONVENTION ON PREVENTING AND COMBATING CORRUPTION
and Combating Corruption has been signed on the 11 " day of July 2003 in Maputo, Mozambique ;
This Proclamation may be cited as " The African Union Convention on Preventing and Combating Corruption Ratification Proclamation No545 / 2007. "
2. Ratification of the Convention
The African Union Convention on Preventing and Combating Corruption signed on 11, July 2003 at Maputo, Mozambique, is hereby ratified by the House of People's Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
