CONTENTS
Short Title
This Regulation may be cited as the " Repealing of the Regulation for the Implementation of African Peer Review Mechanism in Ethiopia Council of Ministers Regulation No. 188/2010 ”.
Repeal
The Implementation of African Peer Review Mechanism in Ethiopia Council of Ministers Regulation No. 142/2008 is hereby repealed.
Transfer of Rights and Obligations
The rights and obligations of the Secretariat of the National Council for African Peer Review Mechanism established under Article 10 of the Council of Ministers Regulation No. 142/2008 are hereby transferred to the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.
Effective Date
This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of
