A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE PROTOCOL RELATING TO THE FUND FOR COOPERATION COMPENSATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMMON MARKET FOR ESTERN AND SOUTHERN AFRICA WHEREAS , Ethiopia is a signatory party of the Treaty Southern Africa ( COMESA ) ; WHEREAS , the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has signed the protocol Relating to the Fund for Cooperation , Compensation and Development of WHEREAS , The House of Peoples ' Representatives of the protocol ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) Republic of Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : Unit Price The African Law Archive 1.
