OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA 7th Year No. 4 ADDIS ABABA - 30th November , 2000 CONTENTS Proclamation No. 222/2000 The Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement with the Government of the Hellenic Republic Ratification Proclamation Page 1431 PROCLAMATION NO . 222/2000 A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT ON ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL COOPERATION WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF THE HELLENIC REPUBLIC WHEREAS , an Agreement on economic and technical mocratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of Greece , was signed in Athens on the 20th day of November , WHEREAS , it is stipulated in the Agreement that the Agreement shall enter into force thirty ( 30 ) days after the date on which the contracting parties notify each other of the purpose in each country ; WHEREAS , the House of peoples ' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Sub - Articles proclaimed as follows : 1.
