Page 2585 PROCLAMATION NO.393 / 2004 Proclamation to Ratify The Air Transport Services Agreement Between The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and The Government of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia WHEREAS , Air Transport Services nguguet | Agreement between the Federal Democratic ሪፐብሊክና | Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of WHEREAS , it is stipulated in the Agreement date of the last notification of notes from either contracting parties confirming its ratification in accordance with its laws and regulations ; WHEREAS , the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has confirmed its ratification of the Agreement ; WHEREAS , the House of the People's Agreement at its session held on 5th day of February , 2004 ; Unit Price The African Law Archive NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows ; 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Air Transport Services Agreement Ratification Proclamation No.393 / 2004 . " 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Air Transport Services Agreement , signed in Addis Ababa on 26th day of May , 2002 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Kingdome of Saudi Arabia , is hereby ratified . 3. Power of the Minister of Infrastructure The Minister of Infrastructure is hereby empowered to undertake all acts necessary for the implementation of the Agreement . Effective Date This Proclamation shall enter into force as of the 5th day of February , 2004 .
