COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATION No. 147/2008 COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATION TO AMEND THE ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES ENTERPRISE ESTABLISHMENT REGULATION
This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article of the Definition of Power and Duties o
the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic o Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
1. Short Title
This Regulation may be cited as the “ Ethiopian Airline Enterprise Establishment (Amendment) Council o Ministers Regulation No 147/2008 ”.
2. Amendment
Article 7 of the Ethiopian Airlines Enterpris Establishment (as amended) Council of Minister Regulation No. 216/1995 is hereby repealed an amended by the following new Article 7:
