A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT ON SECURITY COOPERATION BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF YEMEN WHEREAS , an Agreement on Security cooperation has been signed in Addis Ababa on the 23rd day of October 1999 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of Yemen ; WHEREAS , House Peoples ' session held on the 24th day of January 2006 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub Articles ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows ; 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as “ The Security Cooperation Between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of Yemen Agreement Ratification Proclamation No.485 / 2006 .
