WHEREAS, the House of Peoples ' session held on the 8th day of May 2012 ;
This Proclamation may be cited as the " African Development Fund Loan Agreement for Financing Bedele - Metu Road Upgrading Project Ratification Proclamation No.740 / 2012 ".
