PROCLAMATION No. 304 OF 1986
A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY A CREDIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, a Credit Agreement, between the Provisional Military Government of Socialist Ethiopia and the International Development Association provides a credit to the Provisional Mili tary Government of Socialist Ethiopia of an amount, in various convertible currencies, equivalent to thirty nine million six hun dred thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 39,600,000) to assist in financing the Forestry Project, was signed in the District of

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Provisional Military Administrative Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " International Deve. lopment Association Credit to Assist in Financing the Fo restry Project Ratification Proclamation No. 304/1986. "
