COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS TO AMEND THE TENDAHO SUGAR FACTORY ESTABLISHMENT REGULATIONS
1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Tendaho Sugar Factory Establishment (Amendment) Council of Ministers Regulations No 131/2007 ".
2. Amendment
The Tendaho Sugar Factory Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 122/2006 is hereby amended as folows.
1. Article 6 of the Regulations is deleted and replaced by the following new Article 6:
" 6. Capital
The Authorized capital of the Enterprise is birr 2,080,000,000 (Two Billion Eighty Million Birr) of which birr 97,370,000 (Ninety Seven Million Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Birr) is paid up in cash and in kind. "
