Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as “ Investment Reciprocal Promotion and Protection Agreement with the Republic of Tunisia Ratification Proclamation No. 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Agreement on the Reciprocal Promotion and Protection of Investment signed in Addis Ababa on 14th of December 2000 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of Tunisia is ratified . 3. Power of the Ethiopian Investment Commission The Ethiopian Investment Commission is hereby empowered to implement this Agreement . Effective Date This Proclamation shall enter into force on the date of its publication on the Federal Negarit Done at Addis Ababa , this 2nd day of August , 2004 .
