WHEREAS, a Development Credit Agreement between the
an amount in various currencies equivalent to US $ 10,000,000 (ten million United States dollars) to finance a Drought Areas Rehabilitation Project was signed at Washington, D.C., on the 26th day of June, 1974; and
WHEREAS, said Development Credit Agreement has been submitted to the Council of Ministers for approval and has obtained its approval; and
WHEREAS, the Provisional Military Administration Council on this 9th day of October, 1974 has ratified the said Development Credit Agreement ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Articles 4 and 6 of the Definition of Powers of the Provisional Military Ad ministration Council and its Chairman Proclamation (Procla mation No. 2 of 1974), it is hereby proclaimed as follows: 1. Short Title

This Proclamation may be cited as the " International De velopment Association Development Credit Agreement for Drought Areas Rehabilitation Project Proclamation, No. 3 of 1974. ”
Definition
In this Proclamation, " Development Credit Agreement " shall mean the Development Credit Agreement between the Ethiopian Government and the International Development Association signed on the 26th day of June, 1974.
