These Regulations are issued by the Council of Ministers Pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers Proclama tion No. 2/1991 and Article 47 (1) (a) of the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.

1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Coffee Technology Development and Engineering Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 150/1993. "

2. Establishment
1. There is hereby established the Coffee Technology Development and Engineering Enterprise (hereinafter the " Enterprise ") as a Public Enterprise.
