A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE ORDER PROVIDING FOR THE DECLARATION OF A STATE OF EMERGENCY IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE PROVINCE OF ERITREA
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Declaration of a State of Emergency in Certain Areas of the Province of Eritrea Order Amendment Proclamation No. 22/1975. ”

Declaration of a State of Emergency in Certain Areas of the Province of Eritrea Order (Order No. 66 of 1970). and the Regulations issued thereunder (Legal Notice No.. 390 of 1970), as amended are further amended as follows:
(1) Article 2 of the Order is delete and replaced by the following:
2. A state of emergency is hereby declared in the province of Eritrea. ”
(2) The words " Emergency Area " are deleted wherever they appear in the Order and Regulations and repla ced by " province of Eritrea. "
