Special Courts - Martial Establishment, Special Penal Code and Special Criminal Procedure Code Proclamations Amendment Proclamation
CONTENTS
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to temporarily dele gate to the ordinary courts of law the jurisdiction of the Special Courts - Martial with respect to specified offences; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to amend to this effect the
Penal Code Proclamation and the Special Criminal Procedure Code Proclamation ;
WHEREAS, a proclamation establishing Special Courts Martial has been proclaimed to expedite the administration of justice in an efficient, speedy and decisive manner ;

WHEREAS, the fact that Special Courts - Martial have not so far been established in every province may cause practical problems and inconvenience to the people ;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 6 of the Definition of Powers of the Provisional Military Administration Council and its Chairman Proclamation No. 2/1974, it is here by proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Special Courts Martial Establishment, Special Penal Code and Special Criminal Procedure Code Proclamations Amendment Proclamation No. 21/1975. "
2. Amendment
(1) The Special Criminal Procedure Code Proclamation No. 9/1974 is hereby amended as follows:
