A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT ON THE RECIPROCAL ENCOURAGEMENT AND PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC FRANCE WHEREAS , the Agreement on the Reciprocal France is signed in Paris 25 June 2003 ; WHEREAS , it is stipulated in the Agreement መጽደቁን የሚያረጋግጡ | that it shall enter into force on the date of exchange channel ; WHEREAS , the House of the People's of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on 15th day of June , 2004 NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub Articles ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : Unit Price The African Law Archive 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as “ Investment Reciprocal Encouragement and Protection Agreement with the Government of the Republic France Ratification Proclamation No.405 / 2004 . ” 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Agreement on the Reciprocal Promotion and Protection of Investment signed in Paris on 25 June 2003 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of France is ratified . 3. Responsibility of the Ethiopian Investment Commission The Ethiopian Investment Commission is hereby empowered to implement this Agreement . 4.
