1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Import and Wholesale Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 176
2. Establishment
1. There is hereby established the Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Import and Wholesale Enterprise (hereinafter the " Enterprise ") as a Public Enterprise.
