a Credit Agreement between the People's Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the King dom of Belgium, stipulating that the Government of the King dom of Belgium shall provide credit to the People's Democratic
Textiles Mills Project was signed in Addis Ababa, on the 13th day of July, 1988 ;
WHEREAS the Credit Agreement has been ratified by the Council of State of the People's Democratic Republic of Ethiopia on the 5th day of October, 1988 ;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 82 (3) of the Constitution, it is hereby decreed as follows:
