PROCLAMATION No. 172 OF 1979
BUDGET PROCLAMATION FOR THE
GOVERNMENT SERVICES
In accordance with Article 5, sub - articles (2) and (6) of the Re - definition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Provisional Military Administration Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110 of 1977, it is hereby pro claimed as follows:

Under this Proclamation there is hereby appropriated from public revenues and other funds, for the purposes and services set forth in the Schedule hereto, the amount of Birr 2,364,970,055 (two billion three hundred sixty four millon, nine hundred seventy thousand, fifty five) for the fiscal year ending 30 Sene, 1972 (7 July, 1980).

The Minister of Finance is hereby authorized and required, from time to time, upon the request of the Ministers or Heads of the various Governmental Departments concern ed, to pay out of the public revenues and other funds the amounts appropriated for purposes and services specified herein.
This Proclamation may be cited as the “ 1972 E.C. Budget Proclamation No. 172/1979. ”
