COUNCIL OF STATE DECREE No. 39/1990 A DECREE TO RATIFY THE CONVENTION
ESTABLISHING THE MULTILATERAL INVESTMENT GUARANTEE AGENCY
WHEREAS Ethiopia has, on the 21st day of September, 1990, signed the Convention Establishing the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency ;
WHEREAS the Council of State of the People's Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Convention ;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 82 (3) of the Constitution, it is hereby decreed as follows:
This Decree may be cited as the " Convention Establish ing the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency Rati fication Council of State Decree No. 39/1990. "
2. Ratification of the Convention
The Convention Establishing the Multilateral Investment. Guarantee Agency is ratified.
3. Effective Date
This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its pub
