NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with
of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
Short Title
A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE BILATERAL TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KENYA
WHEREAS, the Bilateral Trade Agreement
Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Kenya was signed at Addis Ababa on the 2n day of June, 2011 ;
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Bilateral Trade Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic of the Republic of Kenya Ratification Proclamation No. 758/2012 ”.
