Page 2512 PROCLAMATION NO . 379/2003 A PROCLAMATION FOR THE RATIFICATION OF THE AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE VI OF THE STATUTE OF THE INTERNATIONAL ATOMIC ENERGY AGENCY WHEREAS , the Government of the Federal Democratic WHEREAS , the Government of Ethiopia has supported the amendment to Article VI of the Statute on the composition of ቀን ፲፱፻፮ ዓ.ም | the Board of Governors of the Agency , WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives of the December 23 , 2003 has accepted the ratification of the Amendment to Article VI of the Statute of the International Atomic Energy Agency adopted on 1 October 1999 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub Articles ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows ; 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Ratification of the Amendment to Article VI of the Statute of the International Atomic Energy Agency Proclamation No.379 / 2003 ” .
