A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE CREDIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE NORDIC DEVELOPMENT FUND Africantes WHEREAS , a Credit Agreement between the በኢትዮጵያ | Nordic Development Fund provide to the Federal በኖርዲክ | Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Credit in an amount not exceeding Euro 10,000,000 ( ten million for partly financing Roads Sector Development Support Project , was signed in Addis Ababa on the 19th day of November 2003 and the 15 day of July , 2005 ; WHEREAS , House Peoples ' 9.90 18.2.10 . nnnn Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Credit Agreement at its session held on the 13th day of October , 2005 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub Articles ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows ; 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Nordic Development Fund Credit Agreement for partly financing Road Sector Development Support Project Ratification Proclamation No.474 / 2005 . ” Unit Price The African Law Archive 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Credit Agreement No. 411 signed in Addis Ababa on the 19th day of November 2005 and 15th day of July , 2005 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Nordic Development Fund is ratified ; power of the Minister of Finance and Economic Development The Minister of Finance and Economic Development is hereby empowered undertake all acts necessary for the utilization of the credit amount of Euro 10,000,000 ( ten million Euro ) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Credit Agreement . Effective Date The Proclamation shall enter into force , on 17th day of November , 2005 .
