A DECREE TO RATIFY THE CREDIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION

WHEREAS a Credit Agreement between the People's velopment Association, stipulating that the International De velopment Association shall provide the People's Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a credit of an amount in various cur rencies, equivalent to SDR 27,100,000 (Twenty seven million one hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights) for financing the Second Addis Ababa Urban Development Project was signed in Washington, D.C., the United States of America, on the 13th day of August, 1990.
WHEREAS the Credit Agreement has been ratified by the Council of State of the People's Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 82 (3) of the Constitution, it is hereby decreed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Decree may be cited as the " International Develop ment Association Credit Agreement for Financing the cation Council of State Decree No. 40/1990. "
