Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ The Government of Federal Democratic Republic of Nigeria Bilateral Air Transport Services Agreement Ratification Proclamation No.499 / 2006 . ” 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Bilateral Air Transport Services Agreement signed in Abuja on the 5th day of July 2005 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of Federal Democratic Republic of Nigeria , is hereby ratified . 3.
