PROCLAMATION No. 281/1985
A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE
LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT OF SOCIALIST ETHIOPIA AND THE AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT FUND.
WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Provisional
Fund provide loan to the Provisional Military Government of

WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement has been approved by the Council of Ministers, and has been ratified by the Provi sional Military Administration Council ;

NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Pro visional Military Administration Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
This proclamation may be cited as the " African Deve lopment Fund Loan for Financing the Dairy Rehabilita tion and Development Project Ratification Proclamation No. 281/1985. ”
