A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE BILATRAL AIR TRANSPORT SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF UNITED STATE OF AMERICA WHEREAS , an Air Transport Services Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of United States of America was WHEREAS , it is stipulated in the Agreement that the Agreement shall come into force on the date of the WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article hereby proclaimed as follows : Unit Price The African Law Archive 1. Ratification of the Agreement The Bilateral Air Transport Services Agreement signed in Washington on the 17th day of May 2005 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of United State of America , is hereby ratified . 3. Power of the Minister of Transport and communication The Minister of Transport and communication is hereby empowered to undertake all acts necessary for the implementation of the Agreement .
