Page 2656 PROCLAMATION NO . 407/2004 A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING THE SANA ' FORUM FOR COOPERATION FEDERAL WHEREAS , the Agreement Establishing the Sana'a ፖለቲካዊ ፣ | economic , political , social and cultural ties among the peoples of the Member States ; WHEREAS , such closer cooperation among Member peace , security and stability in the sub - region ; WHEREAS , the Government of the Federal ሪፐብሊክ Democratic Republic of Ethiopia is committed for the ሰላም ፣ | development and maintenance of peace , security and stability in the sub - region ; WHEREAS , the House of Peoples Representatives of the said Agreement at its session held on 15th day of June , NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : Unit Price The African Law Archive Page 2657 1.
