A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE SAUDI FUND FOR DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS , a Loan Agreement , between the ጀሚሊዮን፭፻ሺህ | Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the ስምምነት | Saudi Fund for Development provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount Project , of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 18th day of October , 2005 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article is hereby proclaimed as follows ; 1. Short Title Unit Price This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Saudi Fund for Development Loan Agreement for Financing Road Project Ratification Proclamation No.476 / 2005 . ” The African Law Archive Boo LawArchive.com Page 3314 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Loan Agreement signed on the 18th day of May , 2005 between the Federal democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Saudi Fund for Development is ratified ; 3. Power of the Minister of Finance and Economic Development The Minister of Finance and Economic Development is hereby empowered to undertake all acts necessary for the utilization of the Loan amount of seventy million five hundred thousand ( 70,500,000 ) Saudi Riyals in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Loan Agreement . Effective Date The Proclamation shall enter into force on the 17 day of November , 2005 .
